I love design as well as development. I was born in Japan and grew up in the Silicon Valley. My childhood dream was to be a preschool teacher because I loved children. I decided to take a programming class in 8th grade and absolutely hated it. However, when I was applying to college I was looking for a major with a little bit of both of my favorite subjects: art and math. I decided to give computer science a second chance. Thanks to UCSD's introductory courses, I have now fallen in love.
I mainly specialize in web development and mobile design, but I am also very driven in various outher disciplines. I am also very passionate about human centered design and social awareness which has blessed me with my team's current startup Giventure.
